Before becoming an attorney I spent ten years selling, helping design, and setting up distribution for spinal implants. I also sold hip, knee, and trauma implants. My experience and knowledge in the area of medical implants, especially spine, makes the product liability aspect extremely interesting.

As for other products, I have taken cases ranging from crash worthiness to dance floors that were improperly designed, to garage doors that have chopped off a client's finger. What constitutes a product case will surprise even attorneys, let alone lay people.

For years I worked with one of Texas', if not the United States, premier crash worthiness products attorney. My level of experience is that of one attorney in a two attorney firm that worked for years with a docket of over 150 cases. Suing GM, Ford, Toyota, Chamberlain, Eli Lilley, etc - does not faze me.

  If a product hurts a client, the manufacturer needs to own responsibility. I make no apologies for making them do so.
